Las tutorías en la escuela secundaria: una experiencia motivadora

Abstract

El siguiente artículo intenta especificar algunas de las funciones del Equipo de Orientación dentro del Ciclo Superior de la Escuela Preuniversitaria Ingeniero Giúdici de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora (FI-UNLZ). Dicho Equipo se propone la articulación entre el Bachillerato Orientado en Tecnología y las distintas carreras de ingeniería dictadas en la Facultad. En ese sentido, se realizan ya desde hace 5 años consecutivos un sistema de tutorías en el que se apunta a brindar a los alumnos más herramientas para fomentar el aprendizaje autónomo y colaborativo. Consideramos que el trabajo en equipo lleva a compartir experiencias de aprendizaje haciendo que los estudiantes puedan apoyarse en el compañero y apropiarse de ciertas estrategias de uno u otro y transformarlas para lograr desenvolverse satisfactoriamente en la vida escolar y luego en la vida universitaria. De este modo, se genera una comunidad de aprendizaje en la que los resultados obtenidos demuestran ser suplementarios a la suma de individualidades. Asimismo, los alumnos adquieren nuevas estrategias en la relación pedagógica estudiante-profesor, visualizando los procesos de enseñanza- aprendizaje como diferentes. Sus resultados se miden con test Proyectivos y Psicométricos que dan cuenta de la evolución del razonamiento lógico- abstracto.

The following article means to specify some of the functions of the Tutorship Team inside the High School of the Pre-university School Ingeniero Giùdici in the Engineering Faculty of the National University of Lomas de Zamora (FI-UNLZ). This mentioned team suggests the bridges between the Bachelor Degree oriented to technology and the different engineering careers offered in this faculty. Towards this objective, a system of tutorship where the students are offered the tools to promote autonomous and collaborative learning have been practised for the last five consecutive years. It is believed that team work helps students to share learning experiences making them feel supported by classmates and get some strategies from one or another to be able to transform them and be capable of working satisfactorily in the school system at first and the university life later on. In this way, a learning community is generated, where the obtained results prove to be the adding up of individualities. In the same way, the students acquire new strategies in the pedagogical relationship between student and teacher, showing the processes of teaching and learning as different processes. Their results are measured through psychometric and projective tests which show the evolution of logical- abstract reasoning.
